    1. @ALAN H exactly. Very western world, temperate oriented. Our ancestors came from fruit all year round climes. To be fair he didn’t say and doesn’t says fruit is bad. It’s on the yes list in his book.

    2. @Jasmine P. My Uric Acid levels went down when I Fasted.. Up again when I ate sugar even low carb.. I have had full-blown Gout. big toe and spread to joint pain.. SOOOOOO Painful!! Now take Febuxostat 80mgs. to block it.

  1. All get a bit confusing. You just had the body building coach on proclaiming how good red meat is. Fresh fruits as apposed to lollies. What about dry fruits. Now there saying fruits make you fat. Fuck me….

  4. sugar in fruit is only about 50% fructose, and fruit only has 2-4 grams of sugar per ounce. Rat studies show that fructose starts to have negative affects at above 4% of daily maintenance calories. That would be 20 grams on a 2000 calorie diet. That would be 12-14 ounces of berries (40 grams sugar, 20 net fructose) or 20 ounces of watermelon or cantaloupe. Bananas have about 2 grams of fructose per ounce so about 10 ounces of banana. (a small banana is 3 oz and a large one is about 4).

    1 medium soda will put you at 25+.

  6. Trying to get healthier. Feel like I’ve not heard my own words until recently. Balance, we need to be in balance. When we’re not in balance we have issues, due to our imbalance. So grateful for what this providing. I can better understand that I wasn’t quite getting, thank you.

  7. Had up until our primate ancestors…..we are not from animals or animal hybrids. Science has finally been able to admit we were CREATED. The Bible has truth, but you must discern what resonates as truth, as you are able to accept. Paul told us this, as a child (in the spirit) we held somethings as truth, as we grow (in spirit), we accept real truth. First step to open your spiritual maturity…..we were CREATED from a infinite spirit, infinite light, and infinite energy. Accept that and then do your own research. The next step is to try to understand free will. It is a really pivotal gift from our CREATOR. Love you, and may you find your truth.
